PIKUP lets you order food from Star BBQ'ue Madhapur ahead of time and collect it at the store. Prices on the menu are in Indian rupees and include taxes.
Your order is placed once it is paid for. The store may decline an order it can't make (for example, an item has sold out); you are then refunded in full.
Please collect your order at the time shown on your order page. Food left uncollected for more than an hour after it is ready may be discarded, and isn't refunded.
You can cancel an order from your order page any time before you pay for it.
Once it is paid for, your order goes to the kitchen and can't be cancelled.
If the store declines or can't complete your order, you get a full refund.
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid from, within 5–7 working days.
If something is wrong with your food, tell the staff at the counter or contact us using the details above.
Orders are for pickup at Star BBQ'ue Madhapur, Star BBQ'ue, Madhapur, Hyderabad. PIKUP doesn't deliver or ship anything.
We ask for your name and mobile number to make your order and tell you when it's ready. If you share your location, it is used only to time your food for when you arrive.
Online payments are handled by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
